Bookings & Payments
All registrations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment through our payment partner, Razorpay.

 

Programme Changes
We reserve the right to modify programme content, schedule, facilitators, or format where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated.

 

Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from a programme without refund.

 

Intellectual Property
All programme materials and website content are the property of The Practice Commons and may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without prior permission.

 

Limitation of Liability
Participation is voluntary. While programmes are designed with care, no guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

 

Third-Party Services
Payments are processed through a Payment Gateway. We are not responsible for the independent policies or practices of third-party service providers.

 

Termination
We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any participant in case of policy violations.

 

Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

 

Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
